John manages MWDN Limited Ukrainian R&D center. He is responsible for developing high-quality software, recruitment of developers and team leaders and assuring that high-quality software is integrated into customer product lines on-time and with exceed of quality and functionality expectations.

Prior to joining MWDN Limited, he served as project manager, software architect and process engineer in two major Ukrainian software houses (of 30 to 50 developers each) and brought us his experience of outsourcing software development, Rational Unified Process, J2EE, big systems architectures and best practices, ERP/CRM, smart software development process tuning and customization, building productive development culture and maximizing amount of things done.

John holds Master Degree in Computer Sciences from KhNURE (Kharkov National University of Radioelectronics) and he is SCJA (Sun Certified Java Architect).
